Shipping

Every Field Day order is handmade just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it on its way to you.

Shipping rates:

  • Standard shipping: $5 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders of $60 or more

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned.

Processing & Holidays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing the following business day. During busy periods such as holidays processing time may be slightly longer — we’ll always communicate any delays promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Field Day piece is made to order just for you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We hope you’ll understand — each ribbon and garland is handcrafted specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

That said your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@fielddayfelt.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier Field Day Felt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package appears lost please contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to help however we can — just reach out at hello@fielddayfelt.com.
