These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fielddayfelt.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our Products

Every Field Day piece is handmade to order. Because each item is made by hand from natural materials, slight variations in color, stitching, and finish are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cannot accept your order, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total amount of your order to your selected payment method.

Customization and Made-to-Order Items

Customizable products are produced specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please double-check your color scheme, character selection, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Shipping, Returns, and Damaged Goods

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and our process for damaged or incorrect orders are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Field Day name, logo, product designs, photography, and written copy — is owned by Field Day Felt or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe anyone’s rights; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; (d) submit false or misleading information; or (e) attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Day Felt and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Field Day Felt and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Field Day Felt is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
